  • What type of Voicemail system do you recommend for my type of business?

    1. For smaller business, with under 20 people, you'll need a 2 port or 4 simultaneous incoming personal messages, pick up messages, all at the same time.
    2. For medium sized businesses, from 20 to 120 people, you'll need a 4 port or 8 simultaneous incoming personal messages, pick up messages, all at the same time.
  • Can I retrieve my messages on my computer with a Digital Voicemail System?

    Yes you can. We can install a Unified Desktop Messaging System that records the personal voicemail message and leaves it on your personal computer, just like your email messages. It will also flash the message light on your phone's display to notify you.


  • Can I call into my Voicemail System from an external location?

    1. We have systems that allow you to call into them and retrieve your messages from anywhere in the world.
    2. We can also have a notification sent to your cell phone. If you want to take the message then you can just press a key, and listen to it, or you can pick up your messages later.


  • Does the voicemail system have a main greeting?

    Yes, we have Voicemail systems that use a "main Company greeting", and if you have more than one company, we can set up many other separate company greetings.

  • Does the system have personal mailboxes?

    Each system has a personal mailbox that is protected by a password. There can be anywhere from 10 to 300 personal mailboxes, on a system.

  • Do Voicemail Systems have recording capabilities?

    We sell Voicemail systems that can record a conversation, or can record a detailed list of items for easy retrieval after the conversation has long been completed. This is great for detailed order taking, because you can review the details for accuracy, later.


  • Does a Voicemail system have easy programming features that a internal administrative person can program routinely?

    We sell Voicemail Systems that come with a training CD, which details exactly how to use the system. This allows the customer to make all of their own Voicemail changes, at their convenience.


  • Can a voicemail system notify me that I have a message?

    You can be notified that you have a message on the display of your phone, on your computer, and it can also notify your cell phone, even send live callers directly to your cell phone. It is up to the personal mailbox user and how they want to direct their callers.


  • Does the system have alternate name directories?

    We have Voicemail Systems that have the choice between First and/or Last name directories. It is usually a lot easier for the customer to spell a first name versus longer last names. Many Voicemail Systems in the marketplace only have last name directories, no first names. We recommend first name directories, even if there's multiple employees with the same names.

    First name directories will give the customer the choice between employees with the same names, by using their last names. (After the customer enters Michael, they'll be asked to choose from the list of Michaels, for example: Michael Daly, Michael Smith, Michael Chang, etc)
